RETURN MANAGEMENT
Returning or replacing a product purchased on the website www.negrinisrl.com is always possible and very simple.

In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments:

The consumer buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of the Product, which allows them to cancel all or part of their order and return the Product at their own expense. This right does not apply to products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, personalized products, or products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the buyer must download the withdrawal form below, complete it, and send it to the email address e.com@negrinisrl.com or send it by registered mail with return receipt requested to Negrini S.r.l., Via Cortesa 29/A, 46026 QUISTELLO (Mantova).

The request will be immediately forwarded to the customer service, which will contact the buyer to arrange the return of the product and provide instructions on the procedure to follow, which may vary depending on the original shipping method.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in the case of non-conformity of the items.

The buyer will be refunded, at the earliest and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised, the full amount paid, provided that the Product has been returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all its accessories.
